All orders are shipped FREE via ground carriers. Items usually ship within 1 week, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Deliveries can take an additional 1-3 weeks after the shipping date, depending on location.
Once your order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and the contact information of the delivery carrier for follow up. You can check the status of your delivery timeframe online through the carrier's web site or by telephone. Our carriers will contact you a day or two prior to arrival to set up a delivery timeframe with you. Please contact the carrier to obtain an updated delivery status if you are not contacted within 5 days of receiving your e-mail.
Curb Side Delivery
At Directly Home Furniture we offer "Curb Side Delivery." This delivery service is generally to the entrance of your ground level home or apartment building.
Please note: set up of new furniture and removal of debris or old furniture is not included.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove delivery is a premiere delivery service available with our selected bedroom collections. This service includes inside placement of products into your room of choice, delivery of items up to 2 flights of stairs, unpacking of items, debris removal and product set-up (limited to 15 minutes).
Please note: stair carries in excess of two flights will be billed an additional $25.00 per flight per shipment, and will be collected at the time of delivery.

- Machine or hand wash in cold or warm water (water not to exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit) using a mild liquid detergent. We recommend Pure Castile, biodegradable camp soaps, Ivory Hair Shampoo, or Eucalan Wool wash. Do not use Woolite or laundry detergents such as Tide or Dreft. Line dry or dry flat and stretch to shape while damp. For best results, the sheepskin should be brushed with a wire dog brush when wet, when damp and then when dry. Do not tumble dry your sheepskin. Bowron Sheepskin may also be dry-cleaned using either white spirits, hydrocarbon, or perchlorethylene.
